  • Craft organized item spreadsheets, timelines, floor plans, and shot lists

  • Lead creative and logistic meetings on video and in-person

  • Keep vendor team and you on task and on time throughout the planning process, with deliverables deadlines, and on the event day

  • Direct and brief vendors on timelines and floor plans

  • Maintain event standards by being selective of vendors

  • Style products and objects for photo and video

  • Quick creative problem solving

  • Yes! Whether it’s just you two or you and 100 guests, we offer full-service planning.

  • Yes! We are based in Joshua Tree, but we will go anywhere for your day. We’ve planned weddings all over the United States, in Canada, and in South America.

  • We are a team of 3. We have a list of trusted contractors that we hire depending on the scope and location of your event.

  • We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We split up your remaining payments monthly so that your invoice is paid by 30 days from your event date.
