Alternative, Pastel Disco Elopement in Joshua Tree National Park | Sarah + David
Instead of a gone-cold buffet dinner of flavorless chicken, a custom menu of Korean BBQ grilled and plated in front of you.
Instead of a standard white dinner plate, investing in a terra cotta dinnerware set that you’ll use in your home after the elopement. Instead of being consumed by talking to hundreds of guests whom you haven’t spoken to in years, just your two favorite people join you and you soak in time with your lover and besties.
We love planning these ALL IN elopements. The ones where you treat yourselves to quality experiences that you’ll remember forever.
These are the things Sarah and David did, that were completely unique to them. We’re not saying these things can’t be achieved at a bigger wedding, but sometimes the nuances of personalities, community, finances, location, and more make eloping the perfect fit.
We helped Sarah and David book a modern Airbnb right outside Joshua Tree National Park for their Wednesday elopement! They got ready there and then drove into the park for their ceremony at Cap Rock. Their best friends were the only ones in attendance for all the day’s celebrations and they even officiated the ceremony.
Afterwards, the four of them mixed their own cocktails from the menu we collaborated on prior to their day, were served course after course of Korean BBQ, danced under the disco ball AND a full moon, and indulged in a custom cake.
Big love to this couple and our desert team for making this day so freakin fun!
