Mystical, Mushroom Micro-Wedding with Tarot in Washington | Kirsten + Carlos

A cabinet of curiosities was our inspiration for this micro-wedding nestled in the mossy forest of the Columbia River Gorge.

Kirsten and Carlos - such kind, unique, lovers - are drawn to the mystical and unordinary, and see that beauty in each other and everyone around them.

When a wedding day is a collaboration between the couple, ourselves as the designer and planner, and the vendor team, it’s one where everyone leaves feeling connected. Kirsten and Carlos showed us how to remain open to the unexpected! They opened us up to a day filled with mushrooms, levitating crystals, the 7 of Wands, tarot, cherry tartlets, wolves, fairies, foggy karaoke, and course after course of local fare. It was Friday the 13th at its best. Yes, they wouldn’t have it any other way - getting married on this notoriously witchy day in October!

We’re so grateful to this couple for trusting us with this vision and the vendor team who came together to execute it beautifully!
