Disco Meets Fringe at This Chic Ranch Wedding in Montana | Sarah + Jack

Sarah and Jack's wedding perfectly reflected them - from their flawless, classic tables to the disco cowgirl fringe, florals, and disco balls levitating above the dance floor and in the signature cocktail. The wedding unfolded at Sarah’s, the bride’s, family ranch— a secluded plot of land in Montana that their family had cultivated over Sarah’s childhood. There seemed to be no other place they could possibly host their wedding— this jaw dropping location held so many memories and was completely unique to them.

The wedding celebrations spanned the weekend with a welcome party on the ranch on Friday night, the wedding on Saturday, and attending a local rodeo on Sunday.

For the wedding design, we chose a color palette of white, cream, sand, camel and espresso tones with accents of silver. The design reflected Sarah and Jack’s story of simple moments rooted in laughter, freedom and playfulness through subtle hints of the western lifestyle and a distinct air of fun.

The wedding day started at the main house, where Sarah and her bridesmaids got ready. Sarah wore an intricately sequined gown with chic, fringe detailing on the back added after the ceremony. Her bridesmaids went bold wearing white silk gowns to match Sarah.

The couple embodied both electrifying fun and breathless class. Guests were invited into this parallel as they entered the field where the ceremony was held. A place with the perfect view of the mountains on Sarah's family's land. The ceremony backdrop was made up of dried grasses and ivory blooms sporadically weaving in the aisles and coming to a head at the altar. A wild half-circle grew around Sarah and Jack.

As guests moved into cocktail hour, they were greeted by an original 1800s barn with fringe hoops floating above their heads . It felt intimate and maze-like. Sarah and Jack kicked off the celebration with a champagne tower!

Then we all moved the party under the tent, but not without disco drinks in hand, point and shoot disposable cameras and opalescent cowboy hats and bolos. A disco ball installation hung in the center of the tent above the dance floor intertwined with baby's breath.

This wedding was an immersion into refined rowdy ranch life, and we loved it!
